Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

MBTI can help with understanding your personality profile, including preferences of how we give, receive and categorize information. The information given will enhance the understanding of self and of others, of motivations and of strengths, and of potential growth.

Emotional Quotient Inventory

EQI measures one's ability to deal with daily environmental demands and pressures, and provides a superior measure of success in life to traditional measures of intelligence. It evaluates Intrapersonal skills, Interpersonal skills, Adaptability, Stress Management, and Self Regard.

Prevue

Prevue is an integrated assessment measuring Abilities, Motivation and Interests that have a direct impact on the work environment. Prevue incorporates benchmarks that enable a candidate to be compared to a specific position. Benchmarks can be adjusted depending on the company and position.

Leadership Practices Inventory

The LPI can ascertain a candidate's current leadership skills, chance of success in an executive role, and outline a training program for current employees. Components include Challenging the Process, Inspiring a Shared Vision, Enabling others to Act, Modeling the Way, and Encouraging the Heart.
